Keith Day, President

Keith has been president of Forever Green since its inception in 2001, personally overseeing the hundreds of projects the firm has performed in that time.  A graduate of the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and The Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania, he is a veteran of the turf industry and has extensive experience in project administration, financial strategy, and operations management.

David Ripka, Vice President

David, also a founding member of Forever Green in 2001, brings to the company 33 years of experience in the construction industry, where he specialized in mechanical contracting.  His main responsibilities center on overseeing project planning, operations, and quality control.

Rusty Abell, Chief Engineer

Rusty’s background in the artificial turf and synthetic grass industry is unmatched; he has been involved in turf manufacturing, development, and state-of-the-art installation for over 30 years, as well as development of new millennium technologies for shock layer systems.  His experience in sports facilities construction spans all facets, including both contractor and technical consultant.
